VA Bans Mention of God at Funerals for Vets

Send an email to U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric Shinseki. Ask him to 1) stop his department's religious discrimination and 2) relieve Director Ocasio of her duties.

She has demonstrated a lack of knowledge toward the religious liberties of families, organizations and spiritual leaders who perform burial activities at the cemetery. Her recent decisions indicate to me she is not qualified to continue in her position. I ask you to first insure that all those in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs receive training that clearly explains the religious liberties of those who perform services at federal cemeteries. Secondly, I ask you to relieve Director Ocasio of her duties, effective immediately.
